IS SHIPPING FREE?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $40 in value with destination addresses within the United States. Standard flat rate shipping applies to orders under $40.

IS SHIPPING FAST?

Yes it is. We ship all  Chill Boys Boxers orders within 1-2 business days. If you order on Tuesday you will likely be chillin' in your new gear by Friday or Saturday morning. Our graphic T-shirts are custom printed and usually ship within 4-5 days.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

All United States orders are currently shipped via the United States Post Office (USPS). Once your package has been processed and a shipping label has been created you will receive an email. This email will contain your tracking information that can be viewed at USPS.com.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Chill Boys ships internationally through the United States Post Office (USPS) international shipping system. USPS tracking information for international shipments is only available until the package leaves United States borders. However, USPS tracking will display a notification once the package has been delivered. If your package doesn't arrive within 10-12 days we recommend that you contact the postal service in your country for more information. Chill Boys does not collect or remit destination country duty or taxes.

If taxes and duties are placed on your package by your government, the fees will be your responsibility.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Chill Boys is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Once the package enters the hands of the courier our control over that package is limited. However, in the event of a lost or stolen package we will work with you and put forth our best effort to help track down your package.
